Association for Computing Machinery
The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is an organization which deals with issues related to computers, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering. Something Borrowed, Something Blue
Borrowed and Blue was founded in 1969 as the Jesus Christ Power and Light Company, and originally included both instrumentalists and vocalists performing Christian folk music. In 1993 the group became Duke University's sixth student-run a cappella group and began its mission to become a Christian voice on campus.

Black Student Alliance
The origins of the Black Student alliance can be traced to the Afro-American Society (AAS), formally established in 1967. The AAS formed as these students sought ways to deal with the challenges of Black life at a predominantly White institution.

Duke University Chorale
The Chorale is a concert and touring choir, usually 50 to 55 in number. As part of their tradition of touring during Spring Break every year, they have performed overseas several times recently--in China, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary--and have toured many parts of the U.S. as well. During the 1999 Spring Break, they sang in Rome, Florence, and Venice on an Italian tour.

Society of Duke Fellows
The Society aims to foster interdisciplinary interactions between graduate students from the various departments, and tries to provide the Fellows with opportunities to meet remarkable individuals from various fields. The Society believes this will broaden and enrich the graduate experience. The SDF currently consists of over a hundred members, and hence includes a small but select population within the larger Duke graduate student body.
Duke Players
The student/faculty theater company sponsored by the Department of Theater Studies. Supports Department productions, including a new plays festival each academic year. Current season, auditions, bylaws, theaters and history. Members also represent the interests of students who are involved in theater.The organization promotes participation in theater by all Duke students, working hard to foster interest as well as provide opportunities for involvement.

Hinduism is the oldest still-existing religion of the world. It also happens to be the third largest religion in the world. It is not founded by one person nor is it based on one text, more emphasis is laid on Realization of the Truth by each Individual. Hinduism as it is known is a misnomer for the religion of the Vedas. It is not even a religion but a way of life. It can be rightfully called as Sanatana Dharma which can be very loosely translated to Eternal Natural Law.
