A multidisciplinary program that includes courses in history, English, political science and other departments.
Africana Studies
A multidisciplinary program, with opportunities to study in America's historically black institutions and at the Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco.
Anthropology
Offers courses for majors and for nonmajors. Students are encouraged to do fieldwork as part of their degree.
Art
Covers both art history and studio art.
Asian Studies
Majors usually choose a regional specialty. The degree course includes study of one Asian language, and students are encouraged to spend the junior year abroad.
