The Boston Conservatory
A private college offering undergraduate programs in music performance, education and composition, dance and musical theater. Graduate and diploma programs are offered in music and dance performance, opera, musical theater, and music education
Dance Division
Daily technique classes provide professional training in ballet and modern dance. In addition, dancers study choreography, pedagogy, music, Laban, jazz, tap and ethnic dance styles.
Music Division
Students participate in orchestra, wind ensemble, chamber ensembles, choral ensembles, and "pit" work for the dance, opera and musical theater mainstage productions throughout the academic year.
The Boston Conservatory Chamber Players
The critically acclaimed Chamber Players showcase The Conservatory's artist faculty. Led by artistic director and pianist Michael Lewin, the Chamber Players have established a distinct reputation for innovative programming and electrifying performances.
Theater Division
The Musical Theater Division faculty comprise experienced performers and teachers committed to bringing out the best each student has to offer. Potential is acknowledged and developed within a strong interactive theater curriculum.
