Agressor Platoon
The Aggressor Platoon is an all volunteer extracurricular unit sponsored by the NGCSU Military Department and the Boar's Head Brigade. The unit's mission is to provide realistic training in small unit, light infantry, and Ranger tactics.
Golden Eagle Band
This distinguished military band has been performing on campus and throughout the community for over one hundred years.
Color Guard
This unique organization is the loyal guard of our nations colors and are responsible for protecting and presenting these colors at all formal reviews and Corps functions at NGCSU
Mountain Order of Colombo
The unit is sponsored by the military department to promote interest in military mountaineering and small unit infantry tactics.
Combatives
They train exclusively on armed and unarmed fighting techniques.
Nursing Detachment
The nursing detachment is a new and thriving program offered bo nursing students who wish to be a part of the Corps of Cadets.
Ranger Challenge
Ranger Challenge is made up of nine cadets competing against other colleges throughout the nation in events such as: patrolling, marksmanship, weapons assembly, one-rope bridge, grenade assault course, Army Physical Fitness Test, Land navigation, and a ten kilometer road march.
Blue Ridge Rifles
NGCSU's Nationally recognized Blue Ridge Rifles Drill Team.
NGCSU Military Program
North Georgia College and State University "the Military College of Georgia" is one of only six senior military colleges. NGCSU offers Army scholarships to students.
